Dredging is the most efficient and environmentally responsible method for removing solids from settling ponds and lagoons. Unlike traditional approaches, which required draining, excavating, and rebuilding ponds, hydraulic dredging allows for continuous operation. Our advanced dredging techniques enable us to safely remove sediment without interrupting pond activity or compromising the integrity of pond liners.

Seamless On-Site Operations

For each project, our team mobilizes and sets up state-of-the-art dredging & dewatering equipment directly on location. The dredging process begins with hydraulic removal of sediment, which is then pumped over shakers to screen out larger particles. The slurry is further processed in our tanks, where a specialized polymer is added to enhance solids separation.

Efficient Water Recycling and Sediment Management

After polymer treatment, the remaining fluid undergoes mechanical separation in our high-performance centrifuges. Clean, recycled water is promptly returned to the pond, maintaining water levels and protecting the pond’s structural integrity. The separated solids are collected and stacked in secure, three-sided bins before being transported for responsible disposal.
